Limitations:
* Currently the top level menu item on a dropdown menu menu group is not clickable.
* Post thumbnail is not displayed on signle post view.
* The header widget is intended for use with the Jetpack subscription form and no other widgets. 
* Note: The header and its content will fade away as the page scrolls(skrollr) up - this is an intentional effect of the script.
