== Description ==
We used w3.css for fullportal theme. Fullportal theme is clean, blog-focused and designed for using of w3.css features. Fullportal is simple and readable on a wide variety of screen sizes. We designed it using a mobile-first approach, meaning your content takes center-stage, regardless of whether your visitors arrive by smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. You can change colors of main navigation menu from Customize-Colors menu. Three customizable navigation menus and three customizable widgets are possible for Fullportal theme.

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance -> Themes and click the 'Add New' button.
2. Type in Fullportal in the search form and press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the 'Activate' button to use your new theme right away.
4. Go to https://www.fullportal.org/WEBTASARIM/wordpress/temalar/fullportal.html for a guide on how to customize this theme.
5. Navigate to Appearance > Customize in your admin panel and customize to taste.
